The S-16 profile is a 7/8-in. deep roll-formed concealed fastener panel with a standard width of 16-in. The factory caulked side joint is optional. Maximum standard length is 48-ft., with longer lengths accommodated. The Integrity Series is a line of integrated, concealed-fastener metal wall panels offering designers creative solutions for today’s challenging architecture. With multiple, alternative profile shapes and varying combinations of width and surfaces, either ribbed or flush, the possibilities are endless. MeTecno-Morin fabricates their product from Galvalume® or Zincalume®, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and zinc. The standard finish is 1.0 mil nominal PVDF (Kynar500®/Hylar5000®). Optional finishes include Galvalume®Plus, polyester, vinyl plastisol and high-build PVDF for maximum performance. MeTecno-Morin’s Concealed Fastener Wall Panels - With building changes or expansions, these panels can dismantle and reconstruct quickly, matching previous construction. These panels are furnished as insulated or non-insulated systems applied vertically or horizontally, with optional stretch ribs available on many profiles. MeTecno-Morin’s Exposed Fastener Wall and Roof Panels provide the architect flexibility of economics, allowing for a bold and attractive appearance. The MeTecno-Morin Exposed Panel has profiles ranging from 24-in. to 40-in. and in depths from ½-in. to 4-in. MeTecno-Morin’s Standing Seam Roof Panels are tested periodically to supply architects and engineers with the technical reports confirming the panels will perform as required. MeTecno-Morin’s SSR Roofing meets FM, UL and Dade County approval. Retrofit is an ideal application for the MeTecno-Morin Standing Seam Roof Panel.
