MeTecno-Benchmark additionally offers the Flushglaze4500 Integral Window System: A 4 ½-in. system that connects using an innovative snap-lock feature that integrates with Designwall™2000 and 4000 systems, 2-in. thick and Design Louvers by AWV for MeTecno-Benchmark Architectural Systems, fixed or operable louvers (4” or 6” deep) that fully integrate with Benchmark’s Designwall™2000H/4000H 2” and 3” panels.

A design option available on all of MeTecno-Benchmark Architectural Systems’ products is Granitstone® I and II: A factory-applied acrylic aggregate finish for when the architectural appearance of stucco is desired.

With MeTecno-Benchmark’s Designwall™ Series, the architect is given choices on the core material, thickness, width, length, exterior surface, gauge, R-Value and custom fabrication for the project. Designwall™4000: A foamed-in-place modified polyisocyanurate core panel that combines performance with economy and delivers R-Values from 14 to 20. Designwall™3000: This lightweight, 1 ¼-in. thick panel features a honeycomb core between smooth or embossed skins of steel or aluminum. Designwall™2000: A laminated panel with various types of cores featuring a double-gasket shiplap joint in both vertical and horizontal applications to maximize thermal efficiency. Designwall™2000R: A profiled version of the 2000 Series with ribs at 13/16-in. deep and 4-in. on center, in options of 2-in. or 3-in. thick and in modules of 12-in. or 24-in. Designwall™1000: A value-engineered 1 1/8-in. thick laminated panel for cost-effectiveness and aesthetics. Designwall™500: An affordable laminated foam panel, 24-in. wide available up to 18-ft. long, is ideal for low-rise facades and renovation projects.

MeTecno-Benchmark Architectural Systems offers their panels with steel or aluminum facing and with smooth or non-directional embossed surfaces available for laminated panels. Foamed-in-place panels are offered with non-directional embossed steel facings as standard. Smooth facing for specific applications will be considered based on factory approval.
